Family Butler is a private assistant operated for a single household. It is not a public product. Only pre-authorized household members and their invited guests can use it; texts from other numbers are ignored and not stored beyond what is needed to discard them.
Solely to operate the service you asked for: interpreting your requests, updating the household's shared Google Calendar, lists, and reminders, texting confirmations back, and sending the reminders and daily digest you schedule. We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to deliver the service — the messaging carrier/SMS provider, the calendar provider, and the language-model provider that interprets requests — each acting on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Message history is kept only as long as it is useful for household context and troubleshooting, then deleted. Calendar events, lists, and reminders live in the household's own accounts and are removed when you delete them there. On request, we delete a member's message history and remove their number from the service.
Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to pause the daily digest, change its time, or delete your data entirely.
The service is set up and supervised by the household's adults. Any use by a minor in the household is authorized and overseen by a parent or guardian.
